PHILLY FOLKS. if you know any rooms for rent starting in august for under $400/month (including utilities), hit me up? things that would be awesome:
- roommates who are sober
- being vegan or at least vegetarian is also awesome, but i’m not sure of how many xvx folks are in philly.
- somewhere that’s okay for a cat. riot is mostly an outdoor cat but if there’s lots of feral dogs/cats in the area or nowhere with a bit of greenery for him to play in i guess that i’ll have to make him an indoor cat.
- preferably near a subway station. but i’ll have my bike, so this is a secondary sort of thing, i guess.
- roommates who are okay with my gendery stuff and don’t make rape jokes and do other fucked up stuff
